seems high there is a shop by me that sells a set with high and low beams and installs them for like 299 but i do not know how good they are......they look legit but im with choke they are pricy

Check out the sets that Raul at Stealth Automotive has. There are quite a few people on here running them and are quite happy with them. Little less pricy too. HID Conversion Kit

Yup, go with his kit. I have had the same kit on my Ranger for a year, its a good kit, and priced pretty competitively as well. I didnt buy the kit from him, but I have the same kit.
