Can I install tow hooks in the front with a stock bumper ?

To pull things, I have the hitch in the back, but nothing in the front.
The stock front bumper kinda gets in the way of the frame to hook a tow strap to the frame without ripping the bumper off (last owner did it, and I now have a bent bumper)

Is there any kits available or something ? I don't want a brushguard with a winch for now, I'd just need something strong to pull with.

You can get a front hitch mount. It is for the use of a multi point winch.
