Running light bulb?

Bulb for my running light is out on passenger front very bottow left. I'm mechanically inclined, but getting to this thing is making me feel like an idiot. How many people does it take to change one of these bulbs?

How in the world do I get to it? I can get to all the other bulbs, but that one.

I just did the headlights on my 97 obs.
You need to pull the battery on that (pass) side.
With a deep 11mm socket remove the two nuts down low which are a bit recessed below the headlight capsules as I recall
Once the two nuts are removed the whole marker light and chrome bezel around the markers will pull out allowing access the turn signal bulb and both marker light.

Have a long magnet retrieval tool ready in case you drop one of the nuts into the darkness below the headlight.

OH,, also have some band aids ready for the for the back of your hand.....

Good luck
