1997 wheel well replacements

i need to replace my rear wheel wells they are rusting along side of the silver trim which is known for those year ford always happens. i just want to cut out the wheel well and weld in a replacement piece then grind down the existing rust and coat it with the eastwood rust inhibitor paint that turns the rust into primier. any one have any ideas where i can buy these replacements pieces. your response back would be very helpfull

Check in your area at body shop supply houses. They can usually get "patch panels" that weld/glue in.
