Replace or Repair

I just bought a 95 CCLB and it has some rust on the front quarters and above rear wheel wells. I wondering what most do replace the parts with new or if salvage yards carry or do most repair the sheet metal. I am not a body man so I would be more able to replace then repair but don't know whats best. Anyone? As far as the bed i will look to see how much probably way too much but who knows?
