? about rims

Hey Guys,
I got 2 BFG 285/18....tires. I am looking for an upgrade of rims/tires for my '95 supercab. I like the newer style KMC black rims. My question is what size rims should I look for if I wanted to run 18" tires. I have no idea about offset or any of tech terms. Could someone tell me what to get so I could run those BFG's......Thanks!

Are you saying the wheel diameter is 18" I take it? If they are 285's on a 18" wheel then the wheel would have to be either 18x8 or 18x10, and they might look funny on the 18x10's as 285's are approx 11" wide. Look in my gallery, my '97 has 305/70R16's on 16x10's

Yeah I would stick with the 18 X 8's unless you plan on going bigger later on down the road

OK. So 18x8. What about "backspacing" and "offset" as I have no idea what this is and what would work on my '95.
