Lots of Exterior questions

I have a 96 4x4 f250 that I am in the process of building. I'm wanting to build a front and rear bumper, repaint the insides of the grill, and add some clear headlight lens. Any advice on materials or just in general would be greatly appreciated, Thanks in advance

96 4x4 F250 Xl Ext. Cab Long Bed 7.3 Powerstroke rebuilt 5 speed, rebuilt Front Axle, T500 HPOP, stage 1.5 injectors, 6-position chip from TS, quick spool housing, WW2, E-fuel, gauge pillar w pyro, boost, and fuel pressure

For the clear lenses, I got mine from ebay. They were ~$85 if I remember right
