97 250HD Lift/Front End Swap

Hows it going guys.

Ive got a 97 250 HD with the awful twin I beam front axle and there are a few things I want to do to it so I figured id post up here to see what suggestions I can get for it.

First off I had a front body mount rot out on me and I am in the process of making a new one in my fab shop at work.. while I was at it I figured Id go ahead and throw on a 2 or 3 inch body lift for grins.
My question being is there a decent body kit out there for this truck? and what do I need to be looking for when I work around this front end (ive never worked with this axle setup before).

Also in the near future I want to do a solid axle conversion to the truck. Question is does a solid axle system bolt in place of the old axle or will it require custom fitting? id like to stay 1ton in the front to keep the same as my rear. I just want to get rid of the I beam front end.

Thanks all

The Dana 60 from 86-97 f350 is a bolt in solid axle swap aside from the calipers/rotor change in the 95-97

That's what I was looking into... Im probably going to swap out the calipers up front when I do the swap anyways had one try to hang up on me not too long ago and was able to rebuild it and fix the problem but I don't trust it too much anymore.
