custume bumpers

hello I need new bumpers and I don't wana spend 1k-2k for bumpers so instead I can make um for 300-500$ so anyone got plans for off road bumpers ??

Complete performance sell a diy kit where it's all the brackets and precut plate and you just weld it and put them on I think there like 550

I thot of that but I got a intier semester in a fab shop at school and I got a plate of 4'x8'x.250" so I got the steal and all tool so it is going to coast me nothing really but I wana do sum thing that will last and look good that y im in need of plans/blueprints

Looking at the warn m12000. But its for my fullsize bronco. Lots of mud. Some trails and maybe a creeks or two crossing. Lot a lot of extreme stuff. That winch may be overkill but I want the bumper to be able to support whatever I may need but not nose dive my truck

I would say the bumper itself could be 1/4 plate, but the frame and box for the winch needs to be 3/8-1/2, that's what my warm winch bumper was made of, well the majority of it was thin gauge stuff but box for the winch was 3/8"

3/8th def for the box... the rest can be as thin as 12g since its not supporting anything....
