Body panels not ligning up.

Yesterday I parked my truck on a slight angle and noticed that when I tried to open the passenger side door that the front bottom edge caught slightly witht the bottom rear edge of the fender and when I got back in the truck and tried to shut the driver's side door you could see daylight between upper rear of the door and the front of the extended cab. After I got back on level ground I checked everything and it all seemed ok. What could be causing this. Note the angle I was on was not an extreme angle by any means.

I would look at all the body mounts and bolts. Sounding like you have some worn or broken mounts.

I checked the mounts this morning and everything looks pretty good for it being a 15 year old truck. Could the fact that the front passenger leaf spring is sagging a bit and the rear driver's side leaf spring is sagging as well be causing this?

that doesnt help with the way the frames on these trucks flex so much, but unless its really bad i cant see how thta would be youre problem. my money would be on the mounting point on the cab, make sure the bolts are not broken in-two and are tight. try getting it up on the same hill again and look at the mounts, maybe get somebody to watch the cab mounts while you slowly flex the truck up on the hill to see if they can see any excessive movement

Hinge pins & bushings. Open door, grab bottom of door & lift up, if it rocks up & down pins & bushings are beat.
