How dually spare tire mounts under bed with dual tanks

Hey guys when i got my dually it had a spare tire and rim but it was just floating around in the bed and from what i have read is they actually did mount under the bed even with the dual tanks. Is this true? is so i cant tell how it does, it obviously doesnt have the same winch crank system the SDs have. Anybody got a picture of what it should look like?

The duallies had the same spare tire carrier as the other OBS trucks (and never had the "crank-down" carriers like the SD's had). They basically had two "clip-nuts" that clipped over the holes in the frame (to provide threads) for the long bolts that held the carrier bar in place. The carrier bar also had some parts to hold the tire on the bar. Here's a decent diagram of it: 1995 FORD F-350 Parts - AutoNation Ford White Bear Lake Parts (previously Tousley Ford Parts)

Cheers!
