17x8 rims for 96 PSD...Tires? Spacers?

I got a bead on what look like 8x17 Alcoa's at a good price. aluminum rims 17 x 8. aluminum rims 17 x 8

Do I need to get spacers for these to work on my 96 ECLB? I got 265/75/16's on there now and am thinking to move up to 285's. It looks the majority I find are 285/70/17's, is being wider another issue to deal with too. I'm planning to shim out the bumper and level it at the same time.

Posted up in the noob section but this is probably the right spot.

Seller told me they were pre 1999. But someone else confirmed they were super duty.
