Pins & bushings in hinges are shot. Need to replace / rebuild hinges. Open door, bend your knees & grab bottom corner of door & lift, if door goes up & down w/ little effort, hinge pins & bushings. Go to auto body supply store or body shop & get price on parts. Cut pin in middle of hinge, drive top up & bottom down, replace bushings & install new pin. Do one hinge at a time supporting door w/ floor jack.

Update

My drivers side door has 2 different size pins.Small on top long on the bottom.Napa had both pins and bushings in stock $23 for both.It was pretty tight in the hinge area.Used a pipe stand to hold the door up.
I used a dremel to cut bottom pin in half.Knocked out the pin halves.Unbolted the part of the hinge that bolts to the door and moved it out of the way.Popped(pain in the #&&) out the bushings.Install new bushings.Bolt hinge back to door.Drive pin in.Install c clip.Door is like new.I dont think I need to do the top. This was a easy fix for a big problem.
Thank's again brain!

If all is aligned well check door like first time for movement, may need a friend to watch for movement this time. Were the bushings worn completely through or just egged out? If all the way through do top hinge too.

Just rebuilt my drivers side hinges last weekend. There's no movement at all now. It was so bad that the overhead cab light would blink every time I hit a bump haha
