Dually bed on a 96 fsd??

Im wanting to put a regular pickup dually bed on a 96 f450 i just bought, will it work? I've heard people say it won't work, something about the frame is different? If mounts are gone or whatnot, I can Fab those up no problem, just wanting to see if its been done and what it takes to do it??

F450 is a C&C truck so the rear frame is narrower... You can put that bed on, but just as you said you will have to work some FAB MAGIC to bolt it up. LOTS of people have done it...

Will work, but fabbing is required, also how long is the frame after the cab, your gonna need at least 8 feet, if more than your going to have to lengthen the bed as well

Re: Dually bed on a 96 fsd??

Now I know I can make it work, thanks for the help. Wanted to make sure it could be done before buying a bed.

Anything can be done, just need moderate skill or at least the will to learn
