Best halogen bulbs??

Hey all, looking at replacing my stock lights with some decent halogens. I have heard that Osram, Sylvania and GE are pretty close contenders.

Any feedback would be great, not interested in HID's etc but need info on luminaire quantity/ quality.

The highest end sylvania ultra silverstars is what im using and im very pleased. Pair it with a wiring harness upgrade for even better light. I think brad has a picture of the the b4 and after of that.

Could also do a H4 light bulb upgrade...
