You will not only need the glass, but you will also need the gasket that goes with the solid glass

Put feelers out in your area (craigslist etc.) for someone looking to swap the other way 'round. I would love to have a beer window in my IDI, since the topper has one which is totally useless with a solid cab window.

super easy to install.. Except hard to explain.... uh, You have to wrap a rope or twine around the new window. around the outside edge. You put the rope into the crack in the gasket and put your window up to the truck and pull one end of the rope through and it "fishes" the seal into the truck and if done properly its all sealed and no need for anything else....

everything above makes no sense but I dont know how else to describe it.
