Once you get poking at theta new bed I am sure you will find alot more rust that has not come thru yet. Do yourself a favor and remove the "inner" wheel wells so you can see what you got.

Are you going to add power windows or leaved it a stripped work truck?

Messed with the new bed a little today seems that the rust has just started. I also got my pmf rsk kit on and used a 4 inch spring it's pretty big just need to do the back now.

24s with 38s that were laying in the shop. It will sit about 2 inches lower

Haha... yea, u ever see the E-STEP electricians truck running around central DE. I remember MSP had it pulled over in elkton on day standing underneath it writing tickets one day a few years ago. They are a stickler on bumper heights... if u tag it over 10,000lbs u get a huge break and get alot more inches on the bumper

Wow that thing will be huge. Just build a bumper to meet the height requirements if you need to. I'm not at the max bumper height here but that piece of pipe on the bottom of my bumper counts for height (here anyway). So if I ever went tall (which isn't going to happen) all I need to do cut that pipe off and build a new one that's low enough to meet the measurement.

With all the weight on them the bumper is at 34 I'm gonna use shorter springs that's to much lift for my needs..
