Paint for my winch box?

There was a semi-brush guard on my truck when I bought it that houses a warn 12k winch. This winter I am planning on taking it all off, sanding it down, treat it with ospho and then repaint it. Does anyone have any recommended paints for something like this? I was thinking of something pretty heavy-duty. I like the idea of rhino-lining it, but I dont want to worry about it rusting from the inside.

maybe some rustolem primer (the kind that eats/stops rust) then put some bedliner over it?

I used that combo for the hardtop on my M35, the bed of the M35 and also the floor/interior of my F350 with good results.
