Bolt on Mirrors

Hey guys I have a 97 with power mirrors from the factory and just dont think they look like they belong on the truck.

What are my options I'm thinking im going to have to drill some more holes in the door so im not worried about that.

I kinda want a hybrid between the two post and the western style. I think i saw some mirrors on a work van like a regular sized van they mounted up high on the door and right beolw the window.
