Running lights quit working?

So, the truck isn't a PSD, its a big block. :shame: but its still the same truck soo...

Lastnight I came home and shut my truck off for maybe 10 min then I had to move it. When I turned my headlights on everything was fine for a second, then all the dash lights and the running lights went out. So the only thing on was the headlights. Crazy thing is, the fuse for that circut isnt popped! I had another truck do the same exact thing and the plug for the trailer lights had shorted and popped the fise, which is what I thought this one did. But the fuse isn't blown. Any ideas? Thanks.
Truck is a 1994 f350 crew cab xl 460/4x4
