Stock height 2wd vs 4wd

How much higher front and back does a 4wd sit versus a 2wd crew cab? I'm wanting to fit larger tires and am trying to get an idea of what lift and tire size to go with. Yes my truck is a 2wd I dont want to be able to walk under my truck just have it lifted a little higher. i was thinking somewhere around 4 or 6 inches in the front and level out the rear with the front. I cant find too many pictures to go by. was thinking tires in the range of 35 inches or so. I'm open to opinions. I dont want to buy a 4wd, I like my truck. What do you think is a good combination to go with. Also I am in the market for new rims so if you have any suggestions let me know. I have a 95 f-350 cc single wheel. Thanks guys!

6 inches is gonna make a huge difference. I would go with a 2 or 3 inch lift. I have a 2wd as well. Just my opinion.
