Dupli-color makes a special wheel paint that you could find at auto parts stores, and for your other question it is the easiest to take the wheel off the truck, and remove the tire from the wheel, then paint , less prep work for you with masking, and less overspray to clean up!!!!

Later,

DEVLYN
