The paint was ok, but it had enough dings and scratches and deep gouges that buffing and sanding wouldnt get them out. I needed to paint the tonneau and the cap anyways, and adding the eddie bauer brown on the existing paint would have looked funny.

Im going with the slight metallic flake black like on the new Ford vehicles.

There are some lights on ebay I would like to get, but they all ship UPS, and thats not handy.

That is going to look awsome! Who makes that tonneau cover? I would really like to find one, assuming that they are no longer made, I was just wondering who all made them.

This one was a Lo-rider. It was either made by Lund or Raider. I think you can still get them from Lund, but I cant say for sure.

I think its waterborne, is that a bad thing if its done right? The 06 I dismantled was waterborne, and other than the rollover, it seemed to hold up ok.

will you install them too? you're not allowed to take out the batteries

Surprised your going with an Eddie bauer tan bottom " correct me if I am wrong" when the truck is all black with Harley wheels... One time I saw an excursion with a copper ghost flame on a custom black Harley davidson excursion with those same wheels and it looked great... Sorry to butt in... I'll try to find a pic of the suv
