does anybody know if a bed out of a '00 truck will fit on an OBS truck?

I might fit, but I really don't think it would look right. The lines probably would not match up.

Are you talking about putting a SD bed on an OBS? If so, no it wont fit. The cab to axle lenght is different and the fender well will not align with the tire.

OBS = Old Body Style

Pipelayer has an OBS for example...look at his pic in the avatar a couple of posts up.
