I don't think so either, I'm doing the same type of thing for a guy with an early 70s dodge pu, its no picnic. Take a bunch of measurements starting at the front cab mounts since they are the same and go from there.

Yes. A crew cab will fit on a standard cab frame and with a cut bed it works.
