Find someone's truck to get measurments from near you, make a template, cut, be careful tho, its not for the faint of heart, I have lights setting in my garage I just haven't worked up the nerve to install yet.

I measured, then put them on the cab how I wanted them. Then measured some more. Then used a center punch and started drilling. Put tape where you're going to drill to prevent paint chipping/flaking. Go to the junkyard and get the wiring harness. It connects all 5 lights, runs down the front A pillar on the passenger side and plugs into a connected behind the panel by the passengers right foot.
