door mounted mirror option?

I seen a obs and it had the door mounted mirrors and a piece was mounted to the mirror so it can slide out for towing. Has anyone seen this before? Is this something you can buy or is it custom? Thanks

I have them on my truck. They are made by K Source. Here is a listing from Amazon:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001A0SQ5U
They are part number EX005 if you want to search eVilBay for a possible cheaper alternative...

Oh, one thing that I would do if I were to buy another set is to file the thumb screw end to be more of a point rather than how it comes. I think it would work better. I use them and they work fine.
