Lug Wrench Storage

Can anybody tell me or post a pic of where the lug wrench is stored on the OBS? My daughter got a flat on her '94 f150 and the guys that helped her didn't replace the lug wrench where it's stored. I think it goes with the jack but I can't seem to figure it out. Makes me feel stupid as I owned a '94 F350 for 11 years but never removed the jack or wrench.

It should be mounted to the inside of the engine compartment by the passenger side fender.

Not ashamed to admit when I first opened the hood of my new (to me) truck a few weeks ago I was confused as to what that actually was.
