Mirror Swap

I'm looking into buying a 94.5 F250 with the smaller power mirrors (example picture #1) and I'm looking to swap them out for larger mirrors. (Example picture #2) Does anyone know if this will be possible with out tearing the door up really badly? Thanks for any help!!

Of course there will be 2 more holes in the door for the lower mounts. Go to a DIY wrecker and find a truck with the two point mirrors. Remove the mirror brace from inside of the doors. Install the braces and mirrors on your truck.

I did it on my truck. There is going to be two holes because the little mirrors have a wider mount. And i used big fender washers in the doors because factory has a kevlar reinforcement that does not come off intact
