Stupid question time

Did the 95 F350 with the Powerstroke come with the little rubber spoiler/air dam on the bottom of the bumper? I have looked and only seen them on F150s. Could all of the heavier trucks have lost them in this area?

Next stupid question, how difficult would it be to mount the Lightning spoiler on the stock bumper?

I added a F150 air dam to my truck to hide the ends of the leaf springs. I just used 1/4" bolts. I'm not sure if the lightning air dam bolts up or not, you may have to drill new holes, but it should fit.
