OBS question??

ok i am trying to replace the headlight switch in a 95 but i cant figure out how to get the knob off the switch to be able to get the dash piece

if anyone knows how to or knows of a write up let me know

Pull the switch out, there is a small hole that you can stick a screwdriver into. Use the screwdriver to pull the metal tab in the hole toward you and the knob will come off.

Picture a triangular shaped bar and a piece of sheet metal bent in a V with two holes in it. When the sheet metal springs outward it clamps on the bar, when you compress it it releases.
