how to replace vent window?

Long story short, I got locked out today and now my vent window is busted. I have a spare door with a good vent window. How do I replace it?

Lower the main window and remove door panel.
Follow the front window channel and remove retaining nuts/bolts.
Remove 2-3 screw along leading edge of door (hidden under forward door to cab weatherstrip)
The window channel/vent frame should now be loose.
Tilt the bottom of the window channel toward the front of the truck.
Carefully slide the main window off the regulator arm. Rest it in the bottom of the door.
Remove the window channel run weatherstrip and maneuver the channel/vent window out of the door.
Put it back together the way it came apart.
