I just purchased my first PSD. A 1997 F250HD supercab 4x4. The frame has some flaking rust on it and I want to remove it and get it undercoated or something to that effect. Any suggestions on what I should do?
I presure washed mine and then i take the used oil and mix it with mineral spirits and put it in a weed sprayer and coat the underside of my truck 2x a year. works great just do it domeware you don't walk all the time its quite messy
lots of people would say POR15. I've never used it so I can't give you my experiences with it, but when I did mine I washed it with a pressure washer and then took a wire wheel to it and a wire brush in the harder to reach places. Then primer and paint
wire wheel and bed liner never rust and wont scratch
