best leveling kit
Im looking for the best leveling or the best way to level my 96 f350

put a bunch of sand in the bed....
That has a leaf front correct? Blocking? |

it has leaf spring front and i was thinking about doing an add a leaf or new springs

NO ADD A LEAFS just spend the extra $$ on complete leaf packs IMO....

I had a spring shop add one full leaf to the front pack. Leveled the truck and gave me enough rate to lift a 8.5' Western pro-plow without sagging. The truck handled cornered like a 'stang, but was a bit rough. DO NOT use blocks up front... big no-no.
I thought Trailmaster and Tuff Country made leveling kits for them, but I'm looking now and don't see them listed. Last edited by Constable; 10-12-2010 at 06:29 PM. |

The best way is a RS kit and SD springs, will be level and clear 35". Added bonus is it will ride great where ANY other lift will not. I developed this mod 9 years ago and hundreds have done this. PM me if I can help.
