AMP Research Power Steps on OBS Trucks

I really would like to put a set of these on my '97, but they do not make a set for our trucks. They are too expensive to do jump in without a plan, so I am hoping somebody out there has already gone down this path ad can point me in the right direction on which to buy and what brackets et. I need to make/mod to do this.

I have them on my 96 crew cab for 5 years now. Well worth it. I was the same with the being sure it will work part. It will. You need 99-2002 chevy boards. I have a custom wiring diagram. You have to fab the brackets. PM me your e-mail an I'll send you the diagram. I'm very bad about getting things posted or photos downoaded since I'm on the computer all day and usually either gone or working on the ranch on the weekend. I even have photos of an OBS install that AMP sent me! I have posted more about this over on TDS.

I have a set of amp steps but for the newer Fords, I would greatly appreciate knowing what you have done/ordered to get them installed. George at Amp research is willing to get what I need, other parts etc. Thanks

Garage did a nice job on his. My steps wil be here Tuesday and I'm getting a door sill from a f series truck to mock up some custom mounts tomorrow. They will be laser cut and formed. I'll post some pics when I get started if there's interest.
