Rear Bumper Mounting Kit

I am changing out the drop bumper, to a stocker from a 95 F150 on my 96 F250. I was unaware that there are mounting brackets that extend from the frame to the bumper, which I do not have. Does anyone know where I can purchase these brackets? I called Jeff's Bronco Graveyard earlier this week, and thought I had found the mounting kit. However, I was told that this was for the aftermarket (although it looks identical to the stock) bumper.
