OBS Wiper Blades?

I have now bought two sets of replacement wiper blades (the arm and blade combined) and neither set have fit. I am buying the size that the store guide book says to buy (22 inches for both sides) but when I put them on the truck and turn the wipers on they extend past the top of the windshield (or get stuck under the trim!). I should have put them on right in the parking lot of the store both times but stupidly I didn't. Has anybody else encountered this issue? What size blades should I be using?

yes i had the same problem guy at autozone gave me 22" for my truck when i first bought it. they did the samme thing but they were for a crewcab where my regular cab actualy requires 18" blades

It will not make a difference on cab configurations the windshields are the same.

The reason they gave you 22" blades is that in 97 the light duty f-250 was available. That windshield is like the 97-02 f-150's. The correct size blade for the OBS truck is 18".
