Aftermarket fog light bumper

I saw a aftermarket bumper with circle fog lights on each side anyone know where i can get it from?? I saw it on a obs white dually in ft myers down here.

Here is where I got my bumper. I don't think they come with the billet insert any more. I think they just come with the driving lights.
