19.5's on a 97' F-superduty?

Hi,

I'm currently looking to purchase a 97 F-Superduty (F450) with the 16" 10 Lug rims

I am wondering if the 19.5s from the 04 + F450's would fit ie. same bolt pattern?

and will it affect the speedometer in any way? Its a manual so it wont mess up the tranny

Yes the 10 lug rims have the same bolt pattern. As long as the revolutions per mile remain the same then no your speedometer will not change. A good truck tire shop can tell you what size tire will have the same rpm as the 16" tires that are on it now.

hmm, do you know if the center bore sizes are different?

i've been reading the forums and i've been getting answers from

10x184mm bolt pattern with a center bore of 5.46"

and

10x225mm bolt pattern with a center bore of 6.705"
