1992-97 F250 Steering wheel problems

How ya'll doing tonight. This is my first post so bare with me. Ihave a 1995 F250 non-air bag truck. 4X4 of course, the problem is awile back I bought a air bag (square OEM) knowing that at some time I would find the leather steering wheel to match. I know that I can't hook up the air bag I just like the wheel better. Long story short, found one on ebay, ordered, won't fit. The non air bag wheel has a plate mounted on the bottom which connects with 3 pins on collum. The air bag one didn't have the plate or any where to mount it. Can any both help? Hopely I want have to change the collum. Thanks, Bigdog44

If you have access to a pick a part autowrecker, it might be worth it to wander around the yard and see if there are any trucks with the steering wheel off. You might only need the plate that matches up to the steering wheel from the older column.

I am interested to see what you find, as my steering wheel is pretty much worn out and I have thought about doing this as well.
