b4 & After
Since I never could find a 4th hubcap, I won't shell out 76.00 for a new one, and I have bigger priorities than spending money on new rims, this is what I did. A sandblaster, some primer and paint and I have "new" rims.

It's a secret weapon. I use it to blind other drivers out on the road. Great stuff....it is called Jet Wet by Blue magic. It tones down a bit after it dries. That was a real FRESH application in the picture.

Looks good, Put a chrome trim ring and some nut covers on it, that would spark it up nice.
