cab corners

My crew cab has some rot on the cab corners. has anyone replaced their cab corners? how much of a pain in the *** is it to do? I know I have to do it to save my truck form rotting away. so I hope to do it before this new york winter kills it any more.

in front or rear , top or bottom ? just basically chip away whats rotting you can either cut the infected areas out and have sum-1 weld some new sheet metal for you and do the body work your self or what you can also do is get a wire brush attachment for your drill and go to town with it try to clean it out as good as possible and fill it up but the first option is best.
