Windshield Trim Removal

Does anybody know how to remove the chrome windshield trim without destroying it or anything else in the process? The place that installed my windshield did a lousy job and it leaks like crazy. I want to pull the trim off and seal it up myself but was hoping for a few pointers before I go yanking on it.

Ok, thanks for the help guys! I think I found one for pretty cheap at a local store so I'll go get it tomorrow and give it a try.

Ya, I would take it back to them except I had it done in Texas and now I'm in California so that isn't really an option.
