97 F350 4X4. Trans CODE P1728
I've got a recurring code/flashing OD light. I have cleared it a few times but it still returns. Had a shop check for code the other day and he cleared it. After a short distance,less than five miles, it returned. It reads P1728 "trans slip" converter clutch fault. What are my options? Selonoid, or change out the convertor? Thanks in advance for any help.
