tc lockup problems

Hi, i just bought a 95 superduty with a rebuilt trans. the tc will only lock up under full throttle as soon as you back off the throttle a little it unlocks. i have changed the tps, removed the led lights, cleaned the wire conn. at the trans , swaped the ecm with my other truck all with no change, it also has no holdback power at all i do not know if both problems are related ? other than that it works good. any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.

tc lockup up date

Well the problem was the LED tail lights, I had just un pluged them I needed to replace the lights. for some reason the computer has to see the hot wire that goes through bulb to ground, if the computer dose not see the ground it gose crazy well the next problem is still there but it seems to be in the coast clutch I will revove the trans. to repair it, so it might take me some time to get back. The more I read about the E4OD I am learning a lot of people that work on these trans. dont know much about how they really work, they just replace parts.

I removed the trans and took it to a ford mechanic, he found the coast clutch seal was cut when it was installed. I orderd a new triple disc TC & Trans Go tugger VB from Racer X. also bought a deep pan from mag hytec it holds 7.6 more quart's of atf than stock. I should get the trans in next weekend.
