97 powerstroke tranny ?s

i have a 97 with a manual trans i'm changin the clucth in it and need to know the torque spec on the pressure plate to the fly wheel? and the second one is how much fluid does this thing take so i can change it when im done.

Flywheel/Flexplate bolts 89 ft. lbs.
Flywheel mounting bolt (manual transmission) 89 ft. lbs.
Flywheel housing mounting bolts 15 ft. lbs.

3.4 quarts
