Trans fluid changed... questions... and possible problem

i did a filter change today, and also drained the tq converter. I am tryin to find the exact amount to put back in... i have put in 12 so far and it seems to still be a bit sluggish going from Park to Reverse and so on...

my issue that i have found is that while its in Park or N i have a werid humming noise coming from under the truck... as soon as it goes into gear it goes away.

I havent driven the truck yet, just been letting it sit at idle while i was adding and checking.... I know a full fluid change is like 20 qts, but i dont think i drained that much out...

OK, nevermind, i got it all straight... Pan AND TQ converter drain and refill is 15 Qts +/- .5 quarts... once i got the fluid good on the stick and took it for a spin the humm noise went away....
