Need Help

Hello everyone. I have a 96 F-350 4X4 and I am wondering if someone can help me with a problem. When I get to about 65MPH the stick on the ZF5 starts to shake some with no other vibrations in the truck. When you start going faster towards 75 and 80 the sticks has more vigurous shaking and you will feel a vibration in the seats of the truck. Nothing seems to be coming from the front of the truck. If you slow back down it goes away. I have replaced the ujoints in the rear drive shaft, but the problem has still not left. If anyone has any more ideas that can help please let me know. Thanks

check the u-joints in the driveshaft first , make sure the trans is full of fluid , if all that is good, it is possible for the clutch to have a cracked the disc and kicked a spring out of position, but check out side stuff first before jerking trans out for sure
