SKIP FROM 2-4TH

EVER SINCE I PUT MY TW CHIP MY TRUCKS WILL GO FROM 2ND 2 OD AND I CANNOT OVERIDE THE OD BUTTON IF I TURN OD OFF IT WANTS 2 DOWN SHIFT BUT WONT, NOW WHEN I INSTALLED CHIP I HAD AFTERMARKET CONVERTER INSTALLED AND SHIFT KIT INSTALLED ALL THE SAME TIME, ALL MY CLUTCHES ARE NEW AND GOOD NOT BURNT AT ALL SHIFT KIT IS TRANSGO , ANY INFO , BECAUSE I CANT PULL ANYTHING LIKE THIS

I'd unplug the chip first just to rule it out, but I'm thinking something is not right with the shift kit.

BUT I CANT TOW LIKE THIS, I GOT A MUD TRUCK SO I NEED 2 TOW 2 OFFROAD, ANY ONE ELSE GOT ANYTHING, IM GUNNA STICK A DIFFERENT VALVE BODY IN IT
