95' F-250 Auto tranny problems

Was going down the road and noticed the O/D light flashing on/off repeatedly and switching gears is awful rough unless you give it a good amount of throttle. Has 220k miles on it hope the damn tranny isn't going out too expensive.

Mine did that, went another 5k, and she was gone with the wind. Much happier with my new one, picked up 3mpg's, may pay for itself by the time I hit 500k. LOL
